A spacious walk-in closet off the primary bathroom was designed with access to both the bathroom and kitchen through a pocket door—one of several thoughtful choices that makes moving through the home easier without sacrificing valuable floor space.
A separate half bath off the living area gives guests convenient access without requiring them to enter the private bedroom and bathroom areas.
Custom Kitchen & Interior Details

The kitchen incorporates several convenience features designed for everyday living. The sink is equipped with instant hot water, while a countertop disposal button keeps the controls accessible without interrupting the clean design of the cabinetry and countertops.
Additional features include a tankless water heater and coded door locks for convenient, secure access.
These aren't simply upgrades added to a checklist. They're details selected to make the home easier and more comfortable to live in every day.
A Custom Barndominium Built Around the Homeowner
One of the advantages of building a custom barndominium is the ability to make the space fit the homeowner instead of making the homeowner fit a predetermined floor plan.
That's especially important with a mother-in-law suite or multigenerational living space.
This Lampasas barndominium was designed to provide privacy and independence while still offering the features of a full-size home—from a spacious kitchen and private ensuite to ample storage, covered parking, outdoor living areas, and carefully planned accessibility throughout the floor plan.
The result is a compact home that doesn't feel like one.
